The Ice Caves
Take your clan to the nearby Ice Caves and marvel at the natural miracle of giant sand stone hanging over head. Then come back to camp and play horseshoes or lawn games, play outdoor paintball, or sit on a lawn chair and catch up on the latest family happenings, or do anything that suits your fancy. We’re pretty relaxed around here. The only things we really take seriously are your safety, security, fun, and enjoyment.
We’ve Got You Covered
When you’re gathering the troops for an annual tradition as important as your family reunion, you need to know you have the perfect place to set up camp so everyone has an enjoyable time. At Aravada, we make that task as simple and easy as humanly possible. Why stress when you book the entire campground for the day and have everything you need right at your fingertips? We have an industrial size kitchen facility that will make preparing food a breeze, clean indoor bathroom facilities for everyone’s convenience, and plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate any size group.
Tables & Chairs for Large Groups
You might have members of your family who are die-hard campers and would welcome a few days off the grid in the wilderness. On the other end, you probably have some in your family who can only imagine camping if it’s glamping, and they are as far away from bugs as possible. What’s so great about Aravada Springs, is you get enough of both worlds to satisfy both ends of the spectrum.
Take A Quick Trip To Little Finland
Little Finland, also known as Devil’s Fire or Hobgoblin’s Playground, is located within the Gold Butte National Monument. It is considered part of the Mojave Desert and is situated near the north end of Lake Mead, only a short drive from Aravada Springs campground. There are few places like this on earth that inspire the soul like the fiery landscapes of Little Finland. So load up the gang and head over for a late afternoon or evening sight seeing experience you’ll not soon forget. It’s gorgeous.

After your visit, head back to camp and let the kids interact with our adorable farm animals. We have cute goats that are hilarious to watch jump around, a beautiful peacock that likes to strut his stuff in front of the children, magnificent horses you can feed, and a private fish pond where you can see giant trout swimming around.
See The Petroglyphs At God’s Paintshop
Aravada Springs is located within the Parashant National Monument. Parashant is a Paiute Family name that translates to “elk standing in water.” One of the monument’s large canyons, which drains into the Colorado River, was named after this Paiute family and the area became known as the “Parashant” over the years.
Petroglyphs at God’s Paintshop
God’s Paintshop is a pristine example of indian petroglyphs dating back hundreds of years. If you have time during your stay here at Aravada Springs, you’ll want to take the whole family to visit this site. Everyone from your youngest children to the eldest grandparents will enjoy this sacred site together and come away with an enhanced appreciation for what it truly means to be human.
Ride Out To See Devil’s Throat
Devil’s Throat is a 234′ deep sinkhole near Gold Butte, NV. It’s definitely worth taking the family out to see.
