Grandpas' Cabin
This historical cabin has been renovated. It was the home of the owner's great grandparents, Luke and Julia Whitney.

Bunk House
This has recently been renovated with a nice ADA compliant bathroom, queen bed and a twin bunk bed. It also includes a swamp cooler for the hot seasons, and a heater for the cold.

Rock House Lodge
This is a large gathering place with a petrified wood fireplace, game table and more. It is a great place for guests or groups to gather at the end of the day. It is included with all guest usage.

Common Deck
The deck overlooks the orchards and tepees to the east of the campground. It connects the Rock House Lodge to the Kitchen. Below, the deck offers a shaded area with picnic tables.

Kitchen for Groups
This is available when booking group reservations. It includes commercial stainless steel sinks, food preparation island and counter tops. Two stoves with large capacity ovens and large refrigerator is also included.

Public Restrooms and Showers
This contains three public restrooms, one of which is disabilities (ADA) compliant. Showers are also included here. It is available for day use, as well as for group reservations.

Swimming Pond
This is the swimming pond and is available to all guests. Please note that children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult while using the pond.

Gold Butte - Basic Cabin

Historic Large Fruit Tree Orchard
Some of the older trees in this orchard were brought in on the train from California in the 1910s by the owner's great grandfather G. Luke Whitney. They continue to produce fruit today.

RV Camp Area
The RV camping area includes water hookups and black and gray water dump station. This is part of the lower camp group package that includes our six Basic Cabins, three Miners' Tents, three Tepees, the Rock House Lodge and the Kitchen. Remember to bring your own bedding and food.

Newly Planted Fruit Trees
This is the newest fruit tree orchard containing deer-proof fencing to protect the trees.

This sleeps a capacity of four people and includes three camping cots and room for another camping pad. It also includes a special-purpose wood-burning stove in the middle of the tepee. Remember to bring your own bedding and food.

Hundred Year Old Fig Tree
This hundred year-old Fig tree was brought in on the train in the 1910s by the owner's great grandfather G. Luke Whitney. It continues to produce massive amounts of figs each year. Check at the Sundries store to purchase figs that you pick and packaging containers to protect the fruit on your travel back home.
